1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing and using Markaz Shaafii (www.markaz-shaafii.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we will notify users of significant changes.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

3. Course Enrollment & Payments

Access to paid courses requires payment before enrollment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund Policy: As a general rule, no refunds are provided after enrollment. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of major unexpected events such as serious illness, accident, or other significant circumstances. Any refund request must be submitted with appropriate justification and supporting documentation. Prices are subject to change, but existing enrollments will be honored at the original price.

4. Classroom Conduct

Users must behave respectfully in all interactions, including live classrooms and chat. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Sharing login credentials with others is not allowed. Recording or redistributing live sessions without explicit permission is prohibited. Teachers and administrators may remove disruptive users from sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, books, videos, and educational materials are the property of Markaz Shaafii and are protected by copyright. Upon enrollment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased content for your own learning. Copying, sharing, downloading, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited. By posting messages in our chat system, you grant us a license to display that content within the platform.

6. Exams & Certificates

All exams must be completed honestly and without external assistance. Any form of cheating will result in certificate revocation and possible account suspension or ban. Certificates and diplomas issued by Markaz Shaafii can be verified through our verification system. We reserve the right to revoke certificates in cases of fraud or violation of these terms.

7. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion. Technical issues do not automatically entitle users to refunds, though we will work to resolve any problems promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Markaz Shaafii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
